What experience do you have and/or what do you do?

I am a family law specialist and undertake exclusively privately funded work. During my career, I have acted for high net worth individuals, especially those in professional practice to include teachers, lawyers, police officers and members of HM Armed Forces.

My strength and expertise lies with complex high value financial cases, particularly those that involve complex pension or business assets and my opponents are often leading lawyers in London. I have had in particular exposure to financial remedy cases involving inherited assets and pre-acquired assets which I have successfully managed to ring-fence as part and parcel of any financial settlement reached.  Where appropriate, I have also obtained freezing injunctions and taken whatever measures necessary to safeguard assets.

I have further developed a particular interest in representing members from the medical profession to include GPs and Consultant Surgeons. I have considerable experience when dealing with public sector pension schemes (to include military, police and NHS) to ensure that such pensions are properly valued and accounted for in such a way to see to it that an overall fair solution is reached for the client.

What approach do take and/or how do you make a difference for your clients?

I am extremely personable and manage my clients’ expectations right from the very start. I provide excellent client care and am renowned for my meticulous preparation of cases and attention to detail. I regard my key personal strengths as having an ability to listen, sound judgement and a sharp analytical brain. I have built up a good reputation for dealing with matters efficiently, professionally and sensitively.

What else would you like to tell us about?

I have long been a keen traveller and cherish family time as well as enjoying high intensity sport amongst other interests and activities.
